MobiKwik's Board approved audited standalone and consolidated financial results for Q4 and FY ended March 31, 2026.
Consolidated net loss narrowed significantly to ₹621.01 million in FY26 from ₹1,215.29 million in FY25, with Q4 net profit of ₹43.84 million.
The results were impacted by exceptional items of ₹155.94 million related to a merchant fraud incident and new labor code provisions.
Auditors issued an unmodified opinion on both standalone and consolidated results, confirming a clean audit.
