Auditor's Qualification
The statutory auditors, Rajendra Sharma & Associates, issued a qualified limited review report noting that the company has not provided for Post Employment Benefits and other long-term employee benefits under Defined Benefit Plans on an accrual basis, deviating from Ind AS 19. The benefits are provided as and when they become due for payment. As there is no actuarial report or basis of calculation available, the quantum of deviation cannot be ascertained. If Ind AS 19 had been followed, employee benefit expense would have increased and profit for the period would have reduced.
Board Response to Qualification
The board is of the opinion that the Provision for Post Employment Benefits and other long-term employee benefits should be determined based on actuarial valuation method and has decided to pay these benefits as and when they become due.
Operational Context
The company continues to face cost pressures due to rising raw material prices, elevated crude oil prices, and ongoing geopolitical conflicts.

The company has only one reportable segment - Textile - as per Ind AS 108, making segment-wise disclosures not applicable.
