Additionally, in compliance with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, and the Company's Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, the trading window for dealing in securities of the Company will be closed from Tuesday, June 23, 2026, to Saturday, July 25, 2026 (both days inclusive). The trading window will reopen on Sunday, July 26, 2026.
