MRF FY26 Net Profit Rises 29% to ₹2,355 Crore

MRF reported a 29% YoY rise in standalone net profit to ₹2,355.40 crore for FY26, with revenue up 10.8% to ₹30,652.08 crore.
The board recommended a final dividend of ₹229 per share, bringing the total FY26 dividend to ₹235 per share (2350%).
Mr. S Dhanvanth Kumar resigned as Company Secretary, and Mr. Thulsidass T V was appointed as his replacement effective May 7, 2026.
The board re-appointed M M Nissim & Co. LLP as Joint Statutory Auditors for a five-year term, subject to shareholder approval.
