The purpose of the meeting is to consider, approve, and take on record the unaudited Financial Results (Standalone) of the company for the quarter ended on 30th September 2026. The board will also consider the Limited Review Report for the same quarter.

In connection with the board meeting and results announcement, the company has closed its Trading Window for dealing in securities with immediate effect. The trading window will reopen 48 hours after the declaration of the Financial Results for the quarter ended 30th September 2026.
