Record Date and Dividend

The Register of Members and Share Transfer Books will remain closed from September 5, 2026, to September 9, 2026 (both days inclusive). The Board fixed September 4, 2026, as the record date for payment of dividend on Equity Shares for the financial year ended March 31, 2026.

Auditor Review

The company operates in a single segment - "BOPP Films" - making segment reporting under Ind-AS 108 not applicable.

Consolidation Details

The consolidated results include one associate company, Nahar Capital and Financial Services Limited, consolidated in accordance with Ind-AS 110, 111, and 28. The associate contributed ₹545.62 lakh to net profit and ₹2,386.24 lakh to total comprehensive income for the quarter.
