Key Business Approved

1. Audited Financial Results: The Board approved the audited standalone financial results for the quarter and financial year ended 31.03.2026. This includes the Statement of Assets and Liabilities and the Statement of Cash Flows as on 31.03.2026. The results were audited by C.A. Patel & Associates, Chartered Accountants, who provided an unmodified opinion. The results will be published in newspapers as per Regulation 47(1)(b) and placed on the company's website (https://nationalgroup.in/national-plastic-technologieslimited/).

2. Dividend Recommendation: The Board recommended a final dividend of ₹1.50 per equity share, which represents 15% on the face value of ₹10 per share for the financial year 2025-26. This is subject to shareholder approval at the upcoming Annual General Meeting. If approved, the dividend will be paid/dispatched within thirty days from the conclusion of the AGM. The record date for determining entitlement will be communicated later.

3. Change of Registered Office: The registered office and corporate office of the company was changed effective 25.05.2026 from Thiru Complex, 44, Pantheon Road, Egmore, Chennai-600008 to Dadha Chambers, 4th floor, New No.250, Old No.268, Avvai Shanmugam Salai, Royapettah, Chennai-600014.

4. Appointment of Internal Auditors: M/s. SMAYA & Associates, Chartered Accountants (Firm Registration No. 018009S) were appointed as the Internal Auditors for the financial year 2026-27. The details of this appointment are provided in Annexure A as required under Regulation 30 and Schedule III of SEBI Listing Regulations.
