Nazara FY26 EBITDA Jumps 66% to ₹255 Crores

Nazara reported FY26 EBITDA of ₹255 Cr, up 66% YoY, with Q4 margins reaching 19.5% and gaming contributing 90% of total EBITDA.
The company announced the acquisition of Bluetile and BestPlay, adding 17 casual puzzle IPs and 22M MAUs, to be consolidated in FY27 subject to approvals.
Strong operational cash flow growth of 81% YoY to ₹213 Cr was driven by improved unit economics and the integration of a central AI-powered gaming operating system.
NODWIN Gaming achieved an EBITDA turnaround to a profit of ₹21 Cr in FY26, up from a ₹14 Cr loss in FY25, and is preparing for an IPO.
