Nazara FY26 Revenue INR 1829cr EBITDA Up 66%

Nazara reported FY26 revenue of INR 1,829 crore, up 13% YoY, with EBITDA growing 66% to INR 255 crore and Q4 margin reaching 19.5%.
Gaming business EBITDA contribution increased to 90% of total, driven by 107% revenue growth to INR 1,072 crore and 157% EBITDA growth to INR 265 crore.
Completed acquisition of Bluetile Games, with CY25 revenue of INR 1,460 crore and EBITDA of INR 254 crore, expected to consolidate from Q1 FY27 pending Spanish FDI approval.
