Nesco Limited will hold a board meeting on 25 May 2026 to approve audited standalone and consolidated financial results for Q4 and FY ended 31 March 2026.
The board will also consider recommending a final dividend for the financial year, subject to its approval during the meeting.
The company's trading window for share dealings remains closed from 1 April 2026 until 27 May 2026, as previously communicated.
