NIIT Learning Systems FY26 Revenue Up 18% to ₹19.52B

NIIT Learning Systems reported FY26 revenue of ₹19,520 million, an 18% YoY increase, with a PAT of ₹2,477 million and strong ROCE of 32.7%.
The company acquired two firms, SweetRush Inc and MST Group, expanding its AI-enabled learning services and global footprint across 32 countries.
AI-enabled offerings now contribute ~13% of revenue, with annuity client revenue visibility increasing to USD 459 million from USD 415 million last quarter.
The company maintains a strong net cash position of ₹6,692 million and added 21 new annuity clients during the financial year.
