Nila Spaces FY2026 Net Profit Up 75%

Nila Spaces reported a 75% YoY rise in standalone net profit to ₹2,660.73 lakhs for FY2026, with revenue up 19.8%.
The board appointed Deep Vadodaria as Chairman & MD and Prashant Sarkhedi as Whole-Time Director for three-year terms.
Auditors M P Doshi & Associates and Dalwadi & Associates were appointed for internal and cost audits for FY2026-27.
The company adopted the new tax regime under Section 115BAA and accounted for new labour code impacts in its financials.
