During financial year 2025-26, both B2B and B2C businesses continued to grow steadily. However, towards the end of the year, global events led to uncertainty in supply chains and a sharp increase in raw material prices, creating challenges for the business. The company responded by taking suitable pricing and operational measures to reduce the impact and maintain competitiveness.
Strategic Milestone
For the first time, sales from non-plastic furniture, mattresses and foam products exceeded sales from plastic furniture, marking an important milestone reflecting the success of the company's product diversification strategy.

- Revenue from operations increased to ₹3,686 crore from ₹3,239 crore in previous year, representing 14% growth
- Profit After Tax increased to ₹105 crore from ₹91 crore in previous year, despite a one-time exceptional employee benefit charge of ₹5.41 crore arising from implementation of new Labour Codes

Dividend Declaration
The Board recommended a final dividend of ₹20 per equity share, being 200% of the face value of ₹10 per share. The total dividend payout will be ₹29.84 crore.
Sustainability Initiatives
- Renewable energy usage from wind and solar sources increased by 15% compared to previous year
- Renewable energy contributed around 16% of total energy consumption
CSR Activities
- Established third school in Gujarat with modern facilities
- New school will provide education to more than 700 students annually
