Nitin Spinners reported Q4 FY26 highest-ever quarterly revenue of ₹859.79 Cr, up 7.38% QoQ, driven by improved yarn prices and capacity utilization.
PAT increased 29.16% QoQ to ₹57.4 Cr with margin expansion of 112 bps; full-year PAT reached ₹177.6 Cr, up 1.21% YoY.
Company announced major expansion including 41 MW solar capacity (₹230 Cr) and spinning/weaving capacity (₹1,120 Cr) to be funded by internal accruals and debt.
Management remains optimistic for FY27 citing improved demand, value-added products, and benefits from Rajasthan Investment Promotion Scheme.
