Consolidated Results:

  • Profit Before Tax (PBT): ₹3,875 Crore, representing a growth of 4.84% over previous year
  • Profit After Tax (PAT): ₹3,769 Crore (all-time high), representing a growth of 38.91% over previous year
  • Revenue from Operations: ₹17,490 Crore, representing a growth of 14.44% over previous year
  • EBITDA: ₹7,475 Crore (all-time high), representing a growth of 14.78% over previous year
  • Capital Expenditure: ₹9,131 Crore (record high)
  • Net Worth: ₹21,525 Crore, expanded by 14.96%

Dividend Declaration

  • Total dividend payout: 38.5% for FY 2025-26
  • Total dividend amount: ₹533.86 Crore
  • Includes interim dividend of 36% already paid

Operational Performance

Coal Mining Operations:

  • Annual coal production: 19.14 MT (all-time high) from Talabira-II & III OCP
  • Coal dispatch: 17.69 MT from Talabira-II & III OCP

Power Generation:

  • Green energy generation: 2.26 Billion Units (record)

Key Operational Achievements

  • Commencement of coal production at Pachwara South Coal Mine
  • Full commercial operation of all three 660 MW units at NUPPL Ghatampur
  • Expansion of renewable portfolio to 1,785 MW

Strategic Initiatives & Future Outlook

Under the theme "From Resources to Resilience," NLCIL is transforming into a diversified energy enterprise. The company outlined its Vision 2047 roadmap targeting:

  • 20 GW power capacity
  • Over 100 MTPA mining capacity

Diversification Initiatives:

  • Renewable expansion including battery energy storage systems (BESS)
  • Green hydrogen pilot projects
  • Overburden-to-M-sand plants
  • Strategic diversification into critical minerals
