Consolidated net profit rose to ₹359.77 crore from ₹21.84 crore in FY25, with revenue at ₹11,338.29 crore.
The results include an exceptional item of ₹48.13 crore for provisions against West Bengal incentive claims.
The company completed acquisitions of Vadraj Cement and Algebra Endeavour during the financial year.
