Auditor's Review
- The financial results were subject to a limited review by the statutory auditors, BSD & Co. (Firm's Registration No: 000312S).
- The auditors issued an unmodified review report for both standalone and consolidated results.
- The review was conducted under SRE 2410 issued by ICAI.
- For the consolidated results, the financials of 144 entities under significant control and 2 associate companies (with total assets of ₹41.24 crores as at 30th September 2026) were not reviewed by the auditors and are based on management-certified figures. Management and auditors consider these entities non-material to the Group.
- The results of 1 subsidiary company were not consolidated, being non-material.
Legal and Regulatory Matters
- SAT Order (Sept 1, 2026): The Securities Appellate Tribunal dismissed an appeal filed by the Company against a SEBI Order dated July 30, 2024. The Company has filed a review application. Management expects no material financial impact.
- SEBI Order (Sept 24, 2026): SEBI passed directions against the Company concerning alleged non-compliance with Minimum Public Shareholding requirements. The Company is examining the Order and evaluating legal remedies. Based on legal advice, management believes it will not materially impact the Company's financial results or position.
