Orient Bell FY26 Results with ₹1 Dividend Recommendation

Orient Bell reported audited standalone and consolidated financial results for Q4 and FY ended March 31, 2026, approved by the board on May 19, 2026.
Standalone revenue reached ₹21,389.73 lakh for Q4 FY26 with net profit of ₹611.81 lakh, while consolidated revenue was ₹21,697.68 lakh with net profit of ₹622.15 lakh.
The board recommended a dividend of ₹1 per equity share (face value ₹10) for FY 2025-26, subject to shareholder approval at the upcoming AGM.
Statutory auditors S.R. Dinodia & Co. LLP issued unmodified audit opinions on both standalone and consolidated financial results.
