Financial Year Comparability Note

The company changed its Financial Year from July 1 – June 30 to April 1 – March 31, effective last year. Therefore, the previous financial year (2024-25) covered a 9-month period from July 1, 2024, to March 31, 2025. All performance comparisons in this release are versus an indexed comparable 12-month period (April 1, 2024, to March 31, 2025). Performance versus the actual 9-month past fiscal is stated to be not comparable.

Dividend Declaration

  • The Board of Directors has recommended a final dividend of ₹60 per Equity Share for FY26.
  • This is subject to the approval of shareholders at the ensuing 62nd Annual General Meeting.
  • An interim dividend (including a one-time special dividend) of ₹195 per share was already paid.
  • The total dividend payout for the fiscal year, subject to approval, will be ₹255 per share.

  • Targeted Investments: Made in consumer-centric innovations and strengthening go-to-market capabilities.
  • Feminine Care (Whisper): Amplified communication to increase consumer awareness for the Whisper Period Panty. Upgraded formulations for Whisper Choice and Whisper Bindazzz Nights.
  • Healthcare (Vicks): The upgraded Vicks VapoRub formulation with Eucalyptus Oil, Menthol, and Camphor is noted for delivering All-Night Relief for Uninterrupted Sleep.
  • The company is confident these initiatives address changing consumer needs and position it for long-term competitiveness.

Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR)

  • The company continued to contribute to the P&G group's flagship CSR program, P&G Shiksha.
  • Since 2005, the program has supported thousands of schools and communities, impacting over 1 crore children from underserved areas.
