The Board approved no dividend for FY26 to conserve resources and approved ₹100 crore capex for subsidiary Technofy Digital's expansion, including a ₹2.25 crore upfront investment.
Auditors issued an unmodified opinion but highlighted exceptional items including ₹3.46 crore gratuity provision and write-offs, and noted subsidiary Technofy's non-going concern basis preparation.
