Panache Digilife reported audited standalone and consolidated financial results for Q4 and FY ended March 31, 2026, approved by the board.
Standalone net profit for FY26 surged to ₹1,539.52 lakhs from ₹585.79 lakhs in FY25, while revenue more than doubled to ₹23,311.24 lakhs.
The board noted an unmodified audit opinion but highlighted exceptional items including a ₹346.44 lakhs provision for gratuity and customer dues write-off.
The company allotted 7,86,000 equity shares from warrant conversions and is considering reviving operations of its subsidiary Technofy Digital.
