Auditor Review

M/s Bohara Shah & Co., Chartered Accountants, issued independent review reports for both standalone and consolidated financial results. The auditors conducted their review in accordance with Standard on Review Engagement (SRE) 2410 and found no material misstatements.

For the consolidated results, the auditors noted that the financial results include interim financial information of one subsidiary (Parshva Multitrade Limited) which was not reviewed by their auditors, but this was not considered material to the group.
