Pearl Polymers reported a net loss of ₹1.64 crore for Q3 FY26, compared to a loss of ₹2.22 crore in the same quarter last year.
Revenue from operations declined 10.8% year-on-year to ₹4.7 crore in Q3 FY26, while total expenses rose to ₹6.29 crore.
The board approved the re-appointment of Mr. Anant Kanoi as an independent director for a second five-year term.
