PNGS Gargi FY26 Net Profit Rises 8.8% to ₹31.3 Cr

PNGS Gargi Fashion Jewellery approved audited FY26 results with revenue of ₹149.40 Cr and net profit of ₹31.33 Cr, an 8.8% YoY increase.
The Board re-appointed Khandelwal Jain & Associates as statutory auditors for a five-year term, subject to shareholder approval.
The company operates 126 retail points including 34 SIS stores with P.N. Gadgil & Sons and utilized ₹4.73 Cr from a preferential issue for marketing.
