Auditor Review

  • Doogar & Associates issued unmodified review reports for both standalone and consolidated financial results.
  • Qualifications: Financial results of 2 foreign subsidiaries (Poly Medicure (Laiyang) Co. Limited, China and Polymed Brazil LTDA) and one Indian subsidiary (Himalayan Mineral Waters Private Limited) were not reviewed, representing total revenue of ₹159.68 lakhs and net loss of ₹(181.56) lakhs for Q1 FY27.
