Premier Energy FY26 Net Loss ₹53.04 Crore

Premier Energy reported a standalone net loss of ₹53.04 crore for FY26, with a negative EPS of ₹0.13.
The company disclosed a going concern note as current liabilities exceed realisable current assets by ₹3709.29 lakh.
Statutory auditors N. Raghavan & Associates issued an unmodified opinion on the standalone and consolidated financial results.
Two step-down subsidiaries, RCI Wind Farm 30 MW and 50 MW Pvt Ltd, were struck off and wound up in February 2026.
