Prestige Estates FY26 Revenue PAT Doubles

Prestige Estates reported record FY26 revenue of Rs 131,955 million, up 71% YoY, and PAT of Rs 13,119 million, up 112.8% YoY.
Q4 FY26 performance was exceptionally strong with revenue growth of 161% YoY and PAT growth of 596% YoY.
The company achieved its highest-ever operational performance with sales of Rs 300,245 million and collections of Rs 185,146 million for FY26.
Management cited robust project execution, sustained customer demand, and diversified development portfolio as key growth drivers.
