Pricol reported consolidated Q4 revenue of INR 1077.9 crore with an EBITDA of INR 143.28 crore and a PAT of INR 73.23 crore.
For FY26, the company achieved revenue of nearly INR 4000 crore, EBITDA of INR 492.91 crore, and a PAT of INR 250.80 crore, representing significant YoY growth.
Management outlined multiple headwinds including a falling rupee, rising raw material costs, and geopolitical issues, expecting a near-term softening of earnings.
The company announced a major CAPEX cycle of INR 680-700 crore for FY27 to support new business wins and maintain growth momentum.
