Profitability

Prismx Global Ventures reported exceptional profitability improvement in FY26. Consolidated net profit surged to ₹609.13 lakh, representing a 946% increase from ₹58.24 lakh in FY25. Standalone performance was equally strong with net profit of ₹613.18 lakh versus a loss of ₹71.07 lakh in FY25. Profit before tax stood at ₹357.83 lakh (consolidated) and ₹361.89 lakh (standalone).

Revenue Analysis

Total revenue from operations declined to ₹1,121.74 lakh in FY26 from ₹1,446.26 lakh in FY25. This decrease was primarily driven by reduced commodities trading (₹941.90 lakh vs ₹1,017.75 lakh) and lower F&O income (₹113.94 lakh vs ₹284.93 lakh). Other income significantly increased to ₹366.12 lakh from ₹30.06 lakh, driven by long-term capital gains of ₹143.74 lakh and interest income.
