Management Commentary
Mr. Harpreet Singh Nibber, Chairman & Managing Director, stated that FY26 was a year of strong and broad-based growth driven by healthy demand across key customer segments and execution of strategic roadmap. The revenue growth of 35.32% YoY to ₹482.95 crore and EBITDA growth of 24.30% to ₹71.03 crore were supported by volume growth and improved product mix. Margins remained under pressure due to elevated raw material costs and changes in product mix, but the company maintained operational stability and cost optimization initiatives.
Strategic Initiatives
Pritika Engineering Components Limited (subsidiary) initiated investment in Omnia Engineering Inc., USA through acquisition of equity shares in phases. Upon completion of the allotment process, Omnia Engineering Inc. will become a wholly owned subsidiary of Pritika Engineering Components Limited and a step-down subsidiary of the Company, strengthening international presence and enhancing opportunities in global engineering and manufacturing markets.
