Exceptional Item Impact

The significant increase in net loss was primarily due to an exceptional item during the year. The Company entered into a licensing agreement with Shemaroo Entertainment Limited for the global broadcasting and streaming rights of 18 titles from its content library for 11 years. Following this agreement, management reassessed the carrying value of its content library considering expected future revenues and an external valuation report. Based on this reassessment, the cost of content of ₹1,756.09 lakh has been written down. This exceptional item does not impact cash flows and will not have continuing impact on future operations.
