Financial Performance

ProCook, the UK kitchenware retailer, reported fiscal year 2026 revenue of £85.50 million, representing a 23 % increase over the prior year and in line with analyst expectations. Gross profit amounted to £57.70 million, and the gross margin improved to 67.5 %, an uplift of 170 basis points driven by pricing optimisation, disciplined promotions and lower sourcing costs. Adjusted pretax profit was £2.50 million, well below the consensus estimate of £4.95 million from two analysts; the reported pretax profit was also £2.50 million.

Store and E‑commerce Expansion

During the year ProCook opened 13 new stores, contributing to retail revenue growth, while e‑commerce revenue grew 22.9 % on the back of higher website traffic, more effective social marketing and higher average order values.

Outlook

The company said it expects to broadly maintain gross margins in fiscal year 2027 and plans to open five to eight net new stores in the next fiscal year. ProCook remains on track to achieve its medium‑term targets of 100 stores, £100 million in revenue and a 10 % operating margin.
