Protean eGov Q4 FY26 Results, ₹10 Dividend, New MD

Protean eGov reported audited standalone FY26 net profit of ₹94.32 crore and recommended a final dividend of ₹10 per share.
The Board appointed Ajay Rajan as Managing Director & CEO and Nandkumar Saravade as Independent Director, effective June 1, 2026.
Revenue from operations grew 18.4% YoY to ₹996.43 crore in FY26, with Q4 standalone profit at ₹19.96 crore.
The results incorporate the demerger of GRC and SOC businesses from subsidiary Protean Infosec effective April 1, 2025.
