Publicis Groupe Q3 2026 Earnings Overview

Publicis Groupe announced that net revenue grew 5.0% organically in the third quarter ended September, an acceleration from the 4.8% organic growth recorded in the first half of the year. Reported net revenue rose 7.9% year‑on‑year to €3.81 billion (approximately $4.42 billion).

The company confirmed its full‑year 2026 outlook, maintaining its target of 4.5%‑5% organic net‑revenue growth and indicating that fourth‑quarter growth is expected to remain within this range. Operating margin is projected to improve slightly above the prior‑year record of 18.2%, and free cash flow is anticipated to be about €2.2 billion before any changes in working‑capital requirements.

Segment performance showed Connected Media, which contributes 62% of total net revenue, delivering high‑single‑digit organic growth, while the Intelligent Creativity segment recorded low‑single‑digit organic growth. The Technology segment showed sequential improvement, returning to growth in the United States, and the group expects the technology business to turn positive on a global basis in the fourth quarter.

Chief Executive Officer Arthur Sadoun highlighted that record new‑business wins have strengthened the group’s visibility heading into 2027. Additionally, Publicis reaffirmed its longer‑term targets of achieving average annual organic net‑revenue growth of 7%‑8% and headline earnings‑per‑share growth of 8%‑10% at constant currencies for 2027 and 2028.

For the first nine months of the fiscal year, net revenue increased 4.8% organically to €11.04 billion.
