Consolidated EBITDA grew 34.6% YoY to ₹263.5 crore with margin expansion of 171 bps annually to 8.1%.
Wires & Cables segment drove performance with 36.3% revenue growth while FMEG segment showed steady growth with reduced losses.
Company reported strong PAT growth of 30.1% YoY to ₹168.0 crore in Q4 FY26 with annual PAT reaching ₹492.2 crore.
