Management Commentary
Mr. Rajesh Kabra, Managing Director, stated: "We are pleased to start FY27 with our highest ever quarterly revenue, EBITDA and PAT, with profitability once again growing ahead of revenue. This growth was driven by a strong demand environment and continued premiumization of our sales mix, with sequentially higher contribution from value-added solutions and R&D backed new product variants."
Mr. Kabra added: "Despite our existing capacity utilization nears optimal levels, we see a clear growth runway ahead. Our debottlenecking and brownfield initiatives are on track for commercialization in Oct'26, which will unlock meaningful capacities at our existing plants. Beyond this, in line with our long-term strategy we're evaluating multiple opportunities of alignment with mine owners near key steel clusters for establishing a multi-location manufacturing presence. These growth initiatives remain central to our ambition of scaling to 1 Mn MTPA capacity and capturing 30% market share in the years ahead."
