The company operates as a single reportable segment under Ind AS 108 and manufactures a range of stainless‑steel items, including billets, forging ingots, rolled black bars, rolled bright bars, flat and Patti products, and ancillary items.

This performance marks the first full financial year after Rajputana Stainless Limited listed on the BSE and NSE in March 2026. The IPO comprised a fresh issue of 1.465 crore equity shares and an offer‑for‑sale of 62.5 lakh equity shares.

The financial results were reviewed by the Audit Committee and approved by the Board of Directors at its meeting held on 12 August 2026.
