Rallis India reported its highest ever annual EBITDA of ₹362 Cr, a 26% YoY increase, driven by broad-based volume growth and cost optimization.
FY26 revenue grew 9% to ₹2,897 Cr, with domestic formulations up 5% and seeds business surging 15% with 19 new product launches.
The Q4 performance was mixed; revenue grew 6% to ₹456 Cr, but PAT remained negative at ₹-15 Cr, a 52% improvement from Q4FY25.
