The Board of Directors at its meeting held on May 28, 2026 (commenced at 4:30 PM IST, concluded at 6:00 PM IST) approved the following:

1. Audited Financial Results: Considered and approved the audited financial results (Standalone and Consolidated) for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2026, pursuant to Regulation 33(3) of Listing Regulations. The auditors, M/s. Akasam & Associates, issued unmodified opinions on both standalone and consolidated financial statements.

2. Appointment of Compliance Officer: Approved the appointment of Mr. Srikanth Palem as Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of the Company with effect from May 28, 2026. Mr. Palem is an Associate Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (membership number A-80486) and a law graduate with work experience in legal and secretarial domains.

3. Disposal of Property: Approved the disposal of office space admeasuring 6,876.46 square feet situated in Hyderabad, Telangana (500032). The property is currently underperforming and failing to generate optimal revenue relative to its current market valuation. The disposal aims to unlock capital and reinvest sale proceeds into higher-yielding, revenue-generating assets to maximize shareholder value.
