  • Item 3: To confirm & sign the minutes of the previous Board Meeting.
  • Item 4: To consider and take on record the minutes of the Meeting of Audit Committee.
  • Item 5: To consider and approve the standalone unaudited financial results for the half year/quarter ended September 30, 2026, and to consider and adopt the Limited Review Report on the standalone unaudited financial results of the Company for the half year/quarter ended September 30, 2026.
  • Item 6: To review the related party transactions entered by the Company.
  • Item 7: To review the statutory quarterly compliances.
  • Item 8: To review the status of closure/suspension of manufacturing operations of the Company.
  • Item 9: To review the progress of the Company's revival and re-commencement of operations, including the status of the writ petition pending before the Hon'ble Rajasthan High Court and further developments pursuant to the directions issued to the Central Pollution Control Board (CPCB).
  • Item 10: To review the status of discussions and coordination with bankers and lenders regarding moratorium, restructuring of existing credit facilities, OTS, fresh credit facilities, and the progress of the proposed asset monetization process.
  • Item 11: Any other business with the permission of chair.

Trading Window Closure

Pursuant to the company's letter dated September 23, 2026, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company remains closed to all designated persons, their immediate relatives, and all connected persons as per SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015. The closure is effective from October 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the declaration of the Unaudited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results. The trading window will reopen after Friday, November 13, 2026.
