Ratnaveer Precision Engineering Limited released its unaudited financial results for the quarter and half‑year ended 30 September 2026, showing robust year‑on‑year growth across all key metrics. In Q2 FY27, revenue from operations rose to INR 387.24 crore, a 35.5% increase over INR 285.87 crore in the comparable quarter of the prior year. EBITDA climbed to INR 42.16 crore, up 38.9% from INR 30.35 crore, lifting the EBITDA margin to 10.89% from 10.62% previously. Profit after tax (PAT) reached INR 24.10 crore, marking a 56.1% rise from INR 15.43 crore, and the PAT margin improved to 6.22% versus 5.40% a year earlier.
For the first half of FY27, the company reported revenue of INR 701.87 crore, a 27.5% increase over INR 550.49 crore in the same period last year. EBITDA for the half‑year was INR 78.14 crore, up 35.5% from INR 57.15 crore, resulting in an EBITDA margin of 11.13% compared with 10.38% previously. PAT for H1 FY27 stood at INR 42.33 crore, a 39.4% rise from INR 30.38 crore, with the PAT margin expanding to 6.03% from 5.52%.
Alongside the financial performance, Ratnaveer highlighted progress on its new CCL (Cold‑rolled Coil Line) plant, which is now approximately 75% complete. The remaining critical activities involve installation of machinery and establishment of supporting utilities. Machinery delivery is expected by mid‑November 2026, although the schedule has faced a slight delay due to port connectivity constraints and a global shortage of shipping containers. Following equipment arrival, the company plans to complete installation and utilities, with trial runs slated to commence on 20 December 2026 and to run for roughly one month. Successful completion of these trials will transition the facility from development to operational status, supporting the company’s broader capacity expansion strategy.
Ratnaveer Precision Engineering continues to focus on strengthening its operating performance while advancing its manufacturing infrastructure, aiming to enhance production capabilities for its stainless‑steel washers, sheets, coils and related precision‑engineered products.
