In continuation of the company's earlier intimation dated June 24, 2026, and in compliance with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and the Company's "Code of Internal Procedures and Conduct for Regulating, Monitoring and Reporting of Trading in Securities by Insiders", the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company remains closed. The closure affects all Designated Persons, including Insiders, and had been effective since April 1, 2026. The Trading Window will remain closed until 48 hours after the publication of the financial results.
