Reliance FY26 Record Revenue ₹1.18L Cr, PAT Up 18.3%

Reliance Industries reported record annual consolidated revenue of ₹1,175,919 crore, up 9.8% YoY, with PAT growing 18.3% to ₹95,610 crore.
Jio Platforms delivered strong 17.9% YoY EBITDA growth in Q4 with 524 million subscribers, while Reliance Retail crossed 20,000 stores with 11.8% revenue growth.
The Board declared a dividend of ₹6 per share, and the company maintained a net debt to EBITDA ratio of 0.60 despite significant capex of ₹144,271 crore.
