  • Net Profit for the period reduced to ₹280 lakh from ₹306 lakh on Year-on-Year basis
  • Share of Profit of Associate decreased significantly by 60.4% YoY to ₹19 lakh

STANDALONE FINANCIAL PERFORMANCE

Quarter's Performance (Standalone):

  • The total income declined to ₹1,406 lakh from ₹1,813 lakh for the same period, following the completion of certain fixed-term contracts
  • Net profit for the period increased marginally to ₹261 lakh from ₹258 lakh on Year-on-Year basis

BUSINESS OPERATIONS UPDATE

The Company continues to provide infrastructure support services which include:

  • Transportation of petroleum products through pipelines
  • Transportation of raw water through pipelines
  • Other support services mainly to Reliance Industries Limited

STRATEGIC OUTLOOK

The Company presently does not have any expansion plans on the anvil.
