Reliance Power FY26 Consolidated Loss ₹336.9 Crore

Reliance Power reported a consolidated net loss of ₹336.89 crore for FY26, including a ₹381.60 crore impairment charge at subsidiary RSTEPL.
The Board approved fundraising of up to ₹9,000 crore via QIP/FPO (₹6,000 crore) and NCDs (₹3,000 crore), subject to shareholder approval.
Dr. Avinash Gupta was appointed as an Independent Director and M/s Kailash Chand Jain & Co. as the new Statutory Auditor for five-year terms.
Auditors issued a qualified opinion citing material uncertainties over the going concern status of subsidiaries RSTEPL, SMPL, and DSPL.
