Significant Events and Notes

1. Segment Information: The Company operates in a single primary segment - Automotive Components parts.

2. Exceptional Items: During the quarter, operations at manufacturing facilities in Daman and Pardi, Gujarat were disrupted due to heavy rainfall and flooding. The insurance claim for Daman plant was settled with a difference of ₹7.35 lakhs reported as exceptional item.

3. Management Changes:

  • Mr. Amit Srivastava resigned as Group CEO on 19th June 2026, effective 4th September 2026.
  • Mr. Rahul Prabhakar Desai appointed as CEO effective 3rd August 2026.
