Exceptional Item

On June 10, 2026, a fire incident occurred at the Company's sub-leased warehouse in Noida, Uttar Pradesh. The Company has recognized a loss of ₹113.66 million arising from this incident as an exceptional item. The Company maintains insurance coverage for the incident and has filed an insurance claim for the loss of property, plant and equipment.

Other Income

Other income for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2026, includes a non-recurring write-back of liabilities no longer payable amounting to ₹29.30 million.
