Financial Performance FY 2025-26

The company reported significant financial challenges in FY 2025-26. Significant Events

A fire incident occurred at the Boisar manufacturing site on October 31, 2025, causing damage to property, plant and equipment and inventory. The company estimated initial losses of ₹233.00 lakhs and has lodged an insurance claim which is currently under process.
