Auditor Review
Both standalone and consolidated results were subject to limited review by the statutory auditor, G.C. Agarwal & Associates (Firm Regn. No. 017851N). The review reports were issued on 10th August, 2026.
The auditor noted that they did not review the interim financial results of 15 subsidiaries included in the consolidation, which reflected total revenues of ₹854.59 lakhs and total profit after tax of ₹323.66 lakhs for the quarter. These were reviewed by other auditors.
Comparative Figures
The figures for the quarter ended 31st March 2026 are balancing figures between audited full-year figures and published unaudited year-to-date figures up to nine months ended 31st December 2025.
