Sagar Cements reported Q4 FY26 consolidated PAT of ₹100 crores with volumes growing 8% YoY to 6.1 million tonnes for the full year.
Management guided for FY27 volumes of ~7 million tonnes and expects EBITDA per tonne to improve from ₹445 in Q4, supported by cost efficiency initiatives and WHRS commissioning.
The board approved in-principle amalgamation of subsidiary Andhra Cements and established a new Superfine Building Materials division targeting high-margin advanced construction solutions.
